Lowrise Panties - Splurge or Steal?
Can you tell the splurge from the steal? Both pairs of panties above feature a modern low rise and are made of stretch nylon lace. Here are the manufacturers specs of the panties on the left:

The black panties look like better quality lace.

The scalloped edging on the black lace underwear looks more high end, although the green pair looks to fit a tad bit better.

I know that the panties on the left are Hanky Panky brand, so those are the expensive panties. :) The black pair is super cute too, where can you buy them?
