Plastic Shoes are for Strippers

Why does Nicky Hilton keeps showing up in these god awful plastic shoes? She has been wearing these ugly plastic shoes for years, with everything from mini skirts to ball gowns and I am fashionably stumped. Does her stylist spend hours picking out her outfit and then say, "Hey Nic, just throw on those "great" plastic shoes! Maybe the after-party will be at the Spearmint Rhino and you can give those strippers a run for their money!"?
